CAARP residency

We would be happy to assist participants in maximizing the opportunities during CAARP residency. Connect with the local art scene, meet area artists and participate in concurring art events. Here are some ideas.

With the partnership with RedLine Contemporary Art Center,

  - CAARP residents are welcome to visit and get to know well over 15 plus resident artists and their practice at RedLine

  - CAARP residents can access most of RedLine's events, programs, and call opportunities. Please check with the residency coordinator, Sammy Lee, for available programs. To get inspired, please take a look at RedLine's events and programs

Being located in Denver's Santa Fe Art district area, you know where and when the latest openings are. In addition, there are First Friday Art Walks and Third Friday Collector's Night, when many galleries and art venues stay open until late. For more information, please visit Santa Fe Art District website.

It is not required but strongly recommended that you have an artist talk and or exhibition at the end of your residency term.

Your CAARP residency can happen by invitation, sponsorship, and application. We hope you consider joining us in Denver!  If you are paying a residency fee, it covers living and workspace, orientation, internet access, utility, and a welcome dinner for you to meet the local creatives.
